LATEST NEWS

Ferguson Planning were delighted to receive the news that on Wednesday 29th January the North Lanarkshire Local Review Body allowed our Notice of Review and granted planning permission for a new petrol station and drive thru coffee shop in Bargeddie for EG On The Move.

A full statement of case was prepared by our team supported by a Socio-Economic Statement from MKA Economics and programme of road safety improvements from DTP. The appeal package met with the approval of councillors who voted unanimously to grant planning permission, underlining their commitment to supporting investment in and regeneration of existing towns in North Lanarkshire.

Always fantastic to see brownfield land redeveloped and jobs and investment brought to local communities!

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

With our appeal looming and no idea of where to turn to make this possible – we were advised to contact ‘Ferguson Planning’ to help in assisting and turning round our objections. Tim visited straight away and reassured our case had a strong argument for being put through. After Tim’s initial visit he kept in touch on a regular basis and advised us on how to address certain issues to strengthen our case. If we had questions Ferguson Planning was always there either via email or phone. Tim also attended our appeal hearing which was great and that he showed dedication to his clients from start to finish. The outcome was a yes and we are now moving forward with our plans. Without a doubt we will be seeking Tim and Ferguson Planning for phase two in the next year or so!
