Hewit Properties, Spittal

Planning lead on the application for the erection of four dwelling houses on land formerly used for holiday chalets overlooking the North Sea in Spittal, Northumberland. Due to the sensitivity of the setting we worked with the architect and Environmental Consultant to produce the required environmental reports and drawings. The scheme currently has a recommendation for approval.
