Rink Farm, Galashiels

Dug into the hillside with spectacular views along the River Tweed in the Scottish Borders we led the planning on two luxury 5* Holiday cottages. The design included, grass roof, douglas fir and stone from the farm and being completely off grid. The decision was unanimously approved at the Local Review Body. The business case for the cottages was demonstrated as was the lack of alternative buildings that could be converted at the existing farm.
